Seller details pending launch approval
The legal selling entity, GSTIN, FSSAI and consumer-care details will appear here and at checkout before live sales begin. Until then, products remain non-purchasable.
Order acceptance
A submitted order is accepted only when Zaivik confirms it. Price, tax, stock, delivery serviceability and fraud or operational checks are revalidated by the server before confirmation.
Product information
The product name, pack size, declarations, price and images shown for the accepted SKU form the purchase-time record. A placeholder or Coming soon product cannot be ordered.
Payment and COD
Enabled methods and any COD charge are disclosed before order placement. Browser success alone does not mark an online payment as received.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Material delays, failed delivery attempts, address issues, non-delivery and RTO are handled through the order and support workflow.
