Controlled service area
PIN-code serviceability is checked before order placement. The initial production geography remains disabled until operations approves the precise coverage and service promise.
Charges and estimates
The shipping charge, free-shipping threshold and estimated delivery window are shown before confirmation and stored with the order.
Tracking
Customer status changes only after the corresponding shipment event is recorded. A label being generated is not represented as dispatch.
Delivery exceptions
Non-delivery, unreachable-customer, address, damage and return-to-origin events remain visible to support and are handled under an auditable workflow.
