Zaivik notes

How We Verify

Zaivik keeps source, farm practice, sampling, testing and handling as separate checkpoints, with each stage labelled live, product-specific, in review or planned.

1. Know the source — live process

Farmer or supplier, region, crop and lot are recorded so every journey begins with a clear source.

2. Record farm practices — pilot to scale

Farmers and FPO partners document cultivation inputs and field observations against the applicable Zaivik working standard.

3. Sample with care — standard in review

A sampling plan defines the lot, increments, seal, custody and laboratory hand-off.

4. Check the batch — product-specific

Approved laboratories can test a defined panel using methods and thresholds that can be explained.

5. Protect the product — live process

Receiving, storage, processing and packing records keep an accepted lot identifiable.

6. Share the journey — phased release

Public batch information translates approved records and results without hiding limitations behind a green tick.

Clear results, clear limits

A laboratory result applies to the submitted sample, method, panel and reporting threshold. ‘Not detected’ does not mean absolute molecular zero, and one result cannot establish every quality, nutrition or authenticity claim.
